Visit Threave Estate owned by the National Trust for country walks and bird watching. There are walks to bird hides all over the estate or just enjoy the beautiful Threave Garden.     The National Trust also welcomes you to the Glasgow boy, E.A Hornel's House and Garden in the centre ofKirkcudbright. Hornel and Jessie M King attracted other Artists to the town in the late 19th and early 20th century.
